Product features:
1. This machine tool is a specialized machining machine developed for processing integrated die-casting parts. It adopts a double crossbeam and double five axis head with a four axis turntable structure, which can be clamped at once to complete milling, boring, drilling, hinge, rigid tapping and other machining processes, greatly improving work efficiency.
2.The main large components are processed using a post casting aging treatment → rough machining → secondary aging treatment → semi precision machining → precision machining process to ensure the overall stability of the castings.
3. The crossbeam adopts a rectangular cross-section and a cross reinforcement bar with a meter shaped structure;
4. The bed adopts a double guide rail structure;
5. The bed, base, crossbeam, slide and other components adopt the optimal rigid structure configuration. The X/Y axis is driven by linear motors, and the Z axis is driven by servo motors to achieve high-speed feed.
